Am I correct in thinking it is basically
Upminster - Wimbledon (no late evening service)
Upminster-Richmond
Tower Hill-Ealing Broadway
Edgware Road-Wimbledon
High St Ken-Olympia

That's the general off peak service pattern. Ealing Broadway trains run beyond Tower Hill during the peaks and late at night.

I thought some District line trains terminated at Barking off peak.

Off peak is as described above. During the peak, the District line becomes: Ealing - Upminster Richmond - Upminster Wimbledon - Tower Hill/Barking/Dagenham East (trains alternate destinations) Wimbledon - Edgware Road Olympia - High Street Kensington I thought some District line trains terminated at Barking off peak. Only on Sundays, from Wimbledon. Otherwise a Barking terminator off peak will be for a reason such as engineering works, service disruption, defective train, no driver, etc, etc

Don't Districts terminate at Mansion House anymore? Only as a recovery from late running or service suspension.

There is just one scheduled Mansion House reverser: Day(s) | Train No. | Arrives | Departs | Mon - Fri | 44 | 0608½ | 0620 | Sundays | 26 | 0737 | 0751 |
As said above though, you generally won't have to wait long to find one at any other time of day ;D ;D ;D

In years gone by, Barking terminators were scheduled during the off peak, as were Dagenham East reversers. I believe at one time, Upminster has a 20 min off peak service.

I have a copy of WTT 96--which featured M-F off peak services ex-Ealing Broadway alternating between Mansion House and Tower Hill as their eastern termini.
