Can tickets be bought in advance for the open day??? Yes - angelislington bought ours yesterday; google 'Acton Depot Open Day Tickets' and you should get the booking number.

I don't think they ever sell out. I have never booked in advance and been five or so times, and tickets were still available.

I booked early last year. Glad I did, the queue was huge-I just walked in!

RLAP = turn left out the depot and keep walking again, can't miss it. Plenty of space usually and smoe nice big tables and nice treacle sponge. There's an ATM opposite down a side street which is far preferable to the charging one in the building.

Out of interest, as its the first weekend that I would have been a member of staff, do I still have to queue up and get a complimentary ticket like at the LTM, or can I just walked through and show my pass to anyone who asks..?

You still need to queue up and get a ticket.

:)Just booked my ticket. Does this mean that there is a 'fastrack' entrance for like minded-souls and we can just smugly walk past all of those poor individuals in the queue? ;D

Previous experience indicates that you just walk past the queue and show your ticket to the member of staff who will be standing approximately in line with where people who have just bought tickets leave the queue.

Excellent! My ticket arrived yesterday (ordered on Monday) so I look forward to it. The camera will have new memory card and plenty of batteries on the day! Does anyone have any idea which layouts/trade stands will be there? Thanks.

Wife has tidied up and lost my ticket! I may be in the queue after all! Serves me right after the 'walking smugly past' comment.....
