Is the reflection the castle at Berkhamstead? I hope so as it will be the first time I have got any part of one the quiz questions right!

First in on PM was pgb, who correctly spotted that the location was Epping. The waiting room to be more precise. The picture was taken by Hotelinspector.  Nobody has spotted the background as yet, so here is the full version  *Click either image for a larger version* |

Positive. I took the photo and I've never been to Berkhampstead.
It's much further from Berkhampstead than Becontree is from Upney.

There doesn't seem to be any more speculation forthcoming regarding the background, so I'll put you out of your misery...
This is the castle at Castle Acre in Norfolk, taken by yours truly on the 13th of May 2006.
