The main changes are the Piccadilly line with stepping back at Arnos Grove in the peaks and 4tph diverted to/from Northfields instead of Ruislip. One extra train stabled at South Harrow instead of Cockfosters and most of the Oakwood terminating trains running on to Cockfosters. From another forum. Does that mean that the Rayners branch is going to suffer? Can we expect fun & games at Northfields with Heathrow punters?

The 12tph service up to Rayners Lane is being reduced to only happen for 90 mins rather than over 2 hours. The Ruislips on the Peak Shoulders will be diverted to Northfields. TBH I doubt there will be much impact, there have been far too many trains on the branch west of Rayners for some time and the subsequent blocking back (both ways) is often an issue. It also provides more scope for short tripping Uxbridge trains at Ruislip. First and last trains have also been altered.
What passengers may notice more is that run time has been significantly increased on the whole line and they may sit at, or outside timing locations when the service is okay.
There will be stepping back of one train at Arnos Grove, and "improvements" to reversing moves at Acton Town in the morning.

With stepping back at Arnos, does that imply that most peak-hour trains will reverse there instead of Cockfosters? And will the peak-time adjustments on the Uxbridge branch affect the number of Mets using it?

And will the peak-time adjustments on the Uxbridge branch affect the number of Mets using it? Looks like 6tph will reverse at Arnos and step back in the Peaks. Reversing time on all Arnos reversers looks like it has been increased to offer more capacity through the area.
