How many TPHs operated on this section, both off-peak and peak? Was there a 50-50 split between trains running all the way to/from Uxbridge and those that reversed at Rayners Lane?

I have got some of this information, but it would involve an awful lot of digging around through the WTTs - this is before the tph summaries were published at the front of the WTTs. From dredging the depths of my memory (I can't remember tph, as I think it is actually a really meaningless figure within the timetable structure as a whole: it only works if you have clockface departures and interstation running times/dwell times that stay constant throughout the day[1]) morning busy 3 out of 4 to Uxbridge, lunchtime and slack hours 3 out of 5 to Rayners, evening busy 5 out of 6 to Uxbridge. [1] I am not going to have a rant here, oh no not me

In the 1940s some Met trains reversed at Rayners Lane and ran all stations to Aldgate/Baker Street!

Yeah, but as this was asked in the Picc board I was thinking in 'blue' terms - factoring in the Met would skew the tphs and add another 72 WTTs/TTNs to crosscheck through on top of 47 Picc WTTs/TTNs. Maybe one day! ;D Though in fairness, I will stress that my previous answer is based just on the Piccadilly.

In the 1940s some Met trains reversed at Rayners Lane and ran all stations to Aldgate/Baker Street! These ended with the outbreak of WW2, along with the closure of the Met stations between Finchley Rd and Baker St.
