Due to being held up on something out of the ordinary, I didn't actually reach Colindale today until a little after 12. Service had just been restored with severe delays following a failed train at Belsize Park.
It took a while for a train to arrive, and when it did, it was only going as far as Golders Green. Better than nothing, as I knew we'd either hear that service was suspended again from that point on or there would be another train. Indeed there was, but the describer described it as "Terminates Here", and it turned out it was waiting for a driver. There were staff (drivers I think) crossing through the cab of the train on platforms 3 and 4 and we did eventually get one.
Was the lack of driver due to them being in the wrong place due to the earlier disruption with no spares left? If so, it sounds like they need some more - a job I wouldn't mind doing but I'd rather keep my current job in the meantime and as I don't work for LUL, that's not as easy.
Still, at least, apart from the congestion, it wasn't bad once we got going.

I noticed the delays on the boards at Kings Cross this morning when I was taking the Northern to London Bridge.
