Hopefully improving the reliability of track/signals at Rayners Lane!

Not aware of any major point or track renewals that took place - Quite a lot of signals work been going on & plenty of new concrete signal post bases been cast/set recently - not sure if this is 4LM or adjusted sighting for the new picc trains.

Dstock7080 has mentioned that alot of co-acting signals have been installed for sighting purposes in preperation for the 2024 stock, but that appears to be unrelated to the recent closure

It appears there is another closure this coming weekend - we'll see if the signal posts go up

This weekend 27-28 January is for fitting of new 2024 Stock compatible train arrestors on 35, 37 and 38 roads in Uxbridge sidings and in the siding at Rayners Lane.
