Ah, my second choice - I flipped a coin! It’s just to the south of Canning Town, where the Beckton and Woolwich branches split. Road bridge in the foreground is the Lower Lea Crossing.
I’m guessing the photo was taken from the Dangleway?

Slight refinement then, D has two bits of same railway (DLR) coming together, as well as DLR and LUL Jubilee.
