Is the link , stations where an adjacent station has park in the name - Romford - Gidea Park/Emerson Park, Southfields - Wimbledon Park?

The link is unrelated to station names Inset B is in the Borough of Newham. It is, but you need to be more precise than that for the points. (click for a larger version)

'PS' (seen on the sign) is the permit code for Plaistow South.

Inset C is Memorial Gardens Romford , so guess Location B is Plaistow station.

B should be Upton Park as it's the closest station to Coronation Road.

If B is Upton Park the suggest 5th in set Would be Park Royal which is also close to Coronation Road in Park Royal/Acton.
