I'm guessing the connection is statues.
That's Dr. Johnson's cat, outside his home in Gough Square.

That platform looks like one of the extra long 9 car platforms at HIGHGATE. Is the link something to do with CATS? Location A is not Highgate and the link is to do with the main locations. Clue location C: (click for a larger version)

I think the link is stations beginning with "Be". Therefore, A is probably Belsize Park.
This leaves Becontree, Beckton, and Beckton Park, but I'm not sure if any of those could be C. Edit: Just noticed the Labyrinth. It's not Becontree's, and DLR stations don't have labyrinths. I think C is the odd one out.

A is odd one. First stop out from an Underground terminus (Baker Street). Others are first stop out from a mainline terminus. Replacement candidate would be Caledonian Road.

Nothing to do with termini.

These are all the first stations on their respective lines that you reach upon leaving Zone 1. Bethnal Green (LO) is the odd one out since the others are all on tube lines and so it should be replaced with Bethnal Green (Central).

I wasn't paying attention to anything above the roundel (i.e. the brown/gold line), however I'm surprised how similar the platform tiles and bench is to the north end of the Pic Location A:
