I recognised the inset immediately - it's Museum Het Schip in Amsterdam, corner of Zanstraat and Hembrugstraat. (And no, it's not my picture!)

It's rather good, in a Freddie Waterhouse sort of way. ...until you come to the top floor. Is making the top floor look like a later addition really 'good architecture'?
