A is Pinner Station B is Royal Albert Station C is Northolt Station D is Knightsbridge Station (Brompton Road - Harrods) entrance. Today is April Fools Day Alphabetically possible 5th in set is Woodford? as all have 3 letters in 'April Fools' B looks like Royal Albert from the Prince Regent end of the station. Answer: Location A: Pinner - exterior [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location B: Royal Albert - beneath station in June 2018 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location C: Northolt - entrance from top deck of northbound bus [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location D: Knightsbridge - Bromton Road exit [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Woodford isn’t the fifth in set and we’re still looking for the link.

Initials spell "prank" so maybe Southgate or Southfields to pluralise the prank.

Well that leaves a few options... Stratford, or Southwark perhaps? I think there's another 4 or 5 single word "S" stations if not.
