C does look like Great Portland Street, but that's too easy. I think it might be Gloucester Road. D looks very ordinary once you've come down!

They are the second last zone 1 station on the Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, and Victoria lines? These are served by 1, 2, 3 and 4 London Underground lines. The 5th maybe King's Cross but it's 6 lines, I maybe overthinking.
