B has not yet been identified, the answer is between a specific pair of stations, but neither of those stations are served by the Central line. jetblast787's guess is the closest so far though.

It's physically hurting that I can't identify B! Based on the foilage I'm guessing its somewhere in or around Ealing bourough but I can't think of any footbridge that crosses OLE in the area!

I'm not aware of any OLE in the vicinity of Acton Town. You've also gone south rather than east.

The only straight footbridge I have identified east of Ealing (up to Paddington and WCML) which has OLE is the footbridge north of Acton central but that one has stairs... I feel like I should know this
