Is D Wood Green ?
Following from that, perhaps the others are Green Park and Turnham Green ?
So Piccadilly line "green" stations on St. Patricks day ?

Green Park is not one of the stations featured, and the link is just Green stations for St Patrick's Day rather than specifically Piccadilly line ones. You are correct regarding Wood Green and Turnham Green though: Location A: (click for a larger version) Location B: Turnham Green - exterior left of entrance [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location D: Wood Green - train arriving into southbound platform [ Deep Level ] (click for a larger version) Link: These are all Green stations Bonus answer: Today is St. Patrick's Day
