Is Location A Cal Rd & Barnsbury? Location C must be one of the bunkers in Heathrow so will have a guess at Heathrow T2 & 3 (Rail)?.

Answer: Location A: Caledonian Road & Barnsbury - platforms 1 and 2 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location C: Heathrow Central - mid-level escalator landing [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location D: Wanstead Park - west end of eastbound platform [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Still need location B, (no clue version), link and the odd one out.
