B - Ruislip Depot? Which may mean the coloured obscuration bars are a clue.

Todays quiz is all about depots with the colours used on the pictures being a hint as to the line each depot is on: A = Upminster B = Beckton C = Ruislip D = Stratford Market The link is that they're all depots at the end of the line with Upminster as the odd one out since it's the only one that's beyond the terminus. You have all the locations, but there’s a little more to the link than xplaistow has answered and Upminster is not the odd one out. Answer: Location A: Upminster Depot - view from Front Lane Car Park in March 2019 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location B: Beckton Depot - northern roads [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location C: Ruislip Depot - 1992 stock from 1992 stock [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location D: Stratford Market Depot - view from Abbey Road (road) [Chris M] (click for a larger version)

If Upminster is not the odd one out, then how about Beckton as it maintains two different passenger fleet types and is not on LUL. Or Ruislip, the only one of the four in West London. Or SMD, built for and still maintaining its first fleet of trains.

Ruislip is the odd one out, but not for that reason

They're all at the easternmost point of the line except for Ruislip which is at the westernmost point?
