Indeed so, and A looks like one end of the Connaught Tunnel, and B is the Plumstead portal.

C looks like Pudding Mill Lane and and D is the Albert Rd ventilation shaft. The link being that these are all tunnel portals or shafts on Crossrail.

Looks like I'm a little late to the party here but I might as well add my weight to what's already been said:
A = Connaught Tunnel +1 (north end) B = Plumstead portal +1 C = Pudding Mill Lane portal +2 D = Albert Road +1
