According to Wikipedia "Units 319008 Cheriton and 319009 Coquelles are notable for...on 10 December 1993, they travelled through the Channel Tunnel to Calais-Fréthun and back with a party of invited guests. The same article goes on to list 319 008 as being part of the class 769 electro-diesel Flexx project, whilst 319 009 is listed as stored.

It's not entirely clear where they will be used, as they have been ordered to provide cover whilst some of the diesel units are refurbished, but probably on the Valley Lines.
