It's not Rayner's Lane.
I took the photo, it's track that is occasionally used by trains but as you can hopefully tell from the condition of the ballast this isn't an intensively used part of the main network!

To expand upon the answer slightly, these are the points out the back of the depot. I took the picture at the March 2012 open day, it was when the car sheds at Ealing Common were being extended as I also took a picture through the gate of this work in progress.
