Location B is over the North Circular taken from a Southbound train on the Watford DC lines between Stonebridge Park and Harlesden.
Location D is the bridge over Forty Avenue (looking North) carrying the half mile formation of six tracks consisting of the Chiltern lines between Harrow-On-The-Hill and Marylebone, the Fast and Local lines of the Metropolitan line between Wembley Park and Preston Road and the Jubilee line between Wembley Park and Kingsbury.
I'd guess that Location A is the odd one out because it doesn't feature Network Rail infrastructure as B, C and D partially or fully depict.

Odd one out is B, which doesn't show any rail infrastructure. Link is, they all include bridges. (Except A).

Nothing to do with Network or National Rail, and D carries Chiltern anyway

Is Location A the odd one out as B, C and D are all locations within the Greater London Area?

All are locations near to a station with 'Park' in the name? Is Wimbledon Park (C) the only one with an actual park matching the station name?

Is D the odd one out because it wasn't taken from a train/shows the underside of a bridge?

Nope, it's all about the location not the image
