While looking at some old quizzes, I managed to dig up this one from 2 years ago. I believe that B is Tooting Bec (based on the outline of the inset) while D looks like Hackney Downs.

Ah, I think I have it! If this isn't it then it's a huge coincidence!
The second word in the station names goes from A-D in alphabetical order.

Or, Tooting Bec the only one with the tracks in tunnel.

Hackney Downs on LO, the rest on LU? Close enough: Odd one out: Hackney Downs, this is the only station not served by London Underground. Still the backgrounds/insets to get.
