seems like a derailed train just north of WJ is causing major problems, why is this affecting LO who dont operate near that side of the accident?
Additionally, how are reversals being managed at Harrow and wealdstone as it seems that LO trains are reversing there
Multiple failure points have affected services. The WCML is virtually out due to the landslide which derailed a LM train which was hit by a Virgin train... then there were signal failures between Harrow & Wealdstone and Watford Junction, presumably caused by flooding or weather or lightning strike - this is ongoing.
This morning there was another signalling failure between H&W and Euston affecting the Bakerloo Line - this is now cleared I believe.
The roads between Watford and north west London were ram packed this morning, meaning a bus to Stanmore took an hour and a half to get there and when you did get there, the Jubilee Line was also hit by delays (now cleared).
The embankment was not completely netted. A small portion of the embankment closer to the Tunnel Mouth was left uncovered, this was where the landslide occurred. Apparently trees were ripped from the ground near the area prior to netting. A sense of deja vu after the landslip incident which occurred on the Met.
