The quiz is running in RM at moment, hopefully we can regain the codes shortly and resume regular service.

Hope you don't mind, fun question during the delay,
Which is the only station on LU where 4 trains can depart in the same direction (eg, north south east or west), at the same time.

Kings Cross could have a Met, Picc, Vic and Northern all heading north - or does the Picc still count as Eastbound at that point?

Can you get two Met trains leave Baker Street at the same time with one coming to a stop further along? Plus Jubilee and Bakerloo going north

Can you get two Met trains leave Baker Street at the same time with one coming to a stop further along I don't think so. You can Wembley Park, but not the three you would need to get four in total. And surely the SSL at Kings Cross are westbound, not northbound. Jubilee is northbound at Waterloo, but I'm not sure about the Drain.

Can you get two Met trains leave Baker Street at the same time with one coming to a stop further along? No, I'm afraid not. I don't think so. You can Wembley Park, but not the three you would need to get four in total. Ah but in the southbound direction, you can have a Met going south into Neasden depot from platform 6, a SB Met, a SB Jubilee and a train going south into Neasden depot via the flyunder from any of the three northbound platforms, so that would be my guess as well, if we're counting empty stock movements (@aetearlscourt of course got there first). Jubilee is northbound at Waterloo, but I'm not sure about the Drain. The Drain is eastbound/westbound for operational purposes. I though the Jubilee was westbound at Waterloo (thus saith the Working Time Table, or at least, it does on the last train connections page).

With apologies for the very late start, this is caused by your quizmaster forgetting to upload today's question. There are two images to identify. (click for a larger version)

I though the Jubilee was westbound at Waterloo (thus saith the Working Time Table, or at least, it does on the last train connections page). The Jubilee line is signed as eastbound and westbound at both Waterloo and Westminster. I can't remember how it is signed at Green Park but it might be eastbound and northbound.

Is that Arnos Grove, the top image there in the actual quiz?

Can you get two Met trains leave Baker Street at the same time with one coming to a stop further along? Plus Jubilee and Bakerloo going north you could get four to leave Baker Street at the same time but three would have spads. No, two cannot leave together, the next signal up the line is beyond all the points.

Is it Harrow on the Hill? Northbound from 1,3,and 6 (using the crossovers) plus a train going from platform 4 into the reversing Y? (Again, one of these would have to be out of service)
Or is this a trick questoin where some (or all) of the trains in question are not LU trains?

Top/inset - White City (only been there once) Bottom/main - Whitechapel
No link mentioned, but they both have white in the name?

I'm debating with myself as it could be Victoria or equally Kings Cross. I will go with Kings Cross

Confusion due to a typo in the answer file, there is no clue version for image A but you can see the unmodified version below. It's not Victoria, King's Cross or Stanmore (click for a larger version)
