A - Lancaster Gate D - Goodge Street I was starring at that photo for about 20 minutes, telling myself I'd seen those tiles before but I couldn't for the life of me remember. So +1 for Goodge Street

Here's what we have so far. Answer: Location A: Lancaster Gate - passage from lifts to platforms [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location B: Chalk Farm - lower lift lobby [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Inset B: Plymouth railway station on 4 April 2014 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location D: Goodge Street - exit from lifts [Chris M] (click for a larger version) That leaves location C, insets A, C, and D along with the link and odd one out.

The flats/hotel in the distance are next to Excel, but I can't put my finger on where the photo is taken from!

I don't have a good idea for C, but it's a station with a section of large glass panels.
Could it be Wood Lane?

C isn't Wood Lane, but it does have large glass panels as you can see in this version: (click for a larger version)
