Courtesy of the Guardian online, try THIS QUIZIf any member were to get one question in particular wrong (I won't give the game away), you should go into a darkened room and stick your head in a bucket of molten lava

I got 8/11, which I don't think was that bad given I didn't realise that half of the cities listed as options even had metro systems!

I got 8/11, which I don't think was that bad given I didn't realise that half of the cities listed as options even had metro systems! I got the same, but there were only about five that I was reasonably sure of. The others were a mixture of a bit of deduction and plain lucky guesses. I was quite surprised that 23% of people managed to get more than 8/11 correct. Guardian readers must be travel nerds! (Part time Guardian reader and part time travel nerd.)

I got 6/11. But that's because at some point I looked at the answers with the image below not on too!

I got 6/11 - my excuse is that I was doing it on mobile which made the images rather small!

I only got one wrong - fortunately, not the overly embarrassing one.

9/11 with a bit of luck and a following wind. In my part of the world, getting #5 wrong would have been a bit worrying too!

I got 6/11 in 'Guess the city from the metro map'.
Am pleasantly surprised as I know nothing about some of those systems!

11/11 - I've clearly spent too much time looking at metro maps although I have used several of the systems so knew them from that experience.

9/11 and I only knew London, the rest were 'educated' guesses. Yes, some rough geographic knowledge of the cities helped me! I'm still not sure why I had to be naked to do it though?

I hope you got your local! Yes I did, not too much for the Toronto system.

omg, 11/11!
A few cities were very easy to work out. Of course this includes the obvious one (or two, actually).
Some were logical deduction, as I've not been to all the cities named.
For instance, the system that has a flat line edge to its network is much easier to work out when you consider its geographical location. That is even though I've never actualy visited it.
With a few I thought about the size of the cities and whether they would be big enough to have a system as large as shown.
Simon (trying to help without actually saying too much).

8/11 I got Toronto because the grid system I thought looked 'North American'. Hands up anyone who didn't get Glasgow.

Hands up anyone who didn't get Glasgow. What do you think.... should the Admins consider deleting accounts for members who answered the Glasgow and/or London questions incorrectly ??

I got Glasgow, but was London really one of the answers? ;-)
