I think D is Chorleywood - south end of the southbound platform. But if it is, that's either an old picture, or the quizmaster has removed the S stock stopping chevron (unless the real thing's been moved since I last checked).

Location A is Kenton, could have been Headstone lane, except for the doorway of a Bakerloo line train as a giveaway (If not Kenton would be North Wembley as the stations are all similar)
