It's the most easterly TfL station, and hence has the earliest dawn.

That's spot on. Dawn on the 21st was a whole 4 minutes earlier at Shenfield than at Chesham.

For quiz purposes that is irrelevant - if TfL operate passenger services to or from a station then it counts as a current TfL station.
