I reckon one of those might be Epping, but this is quite fiendish, it's hard to know what I'm looking at!

To me only, so forwarded to the rest of the quiz team. V5 allows addressing a PM to multiple recipients, please make use of this function as not all of us visit the forum daily.

The outer pic definitely screams east end of the Central Line.

Is B Finsbury Park. If it is, then a connection is that both stations had two terminating underground services. Epping the Ongar branch and the main Central line. Finsbury Park the Piccadilly and the GN&CR. Ealing Broadway could be a third in this set.

There is no link between these locations other than the photos fit together.
B is neither Finsbury Park nor Stratford, although speaking geographically the former is probably closer.

A very long time* since I've been there but it looks like the passageway connecting West Ken to the museums. *50 years at least.

the passageway connecting West Ken to the museums. That would be a very long passageway - I think you mean South Ken. But I don't think it is: apart from anything else, there are no Oyster readers in that pasaageway.
