I think I know B and D: East Putney and Mile End.
Is the link that these are all stations that I have either commuted to and from or through? Although then there would be more than 5 in the set.

+3 for Mile End for D Er, I'll have a stab at Russell Square for A, but I'm not sure if those windows are quite right. I think rich has C right as Piccadilly Circus, but I'll offer Tottenham Court Road as an alternative, in case it's wrong

Sorry for the delay. You have everything but the link (which is not related to any member here) and inset C. The clue for inset C is: (click for a larger version) The other images are: Brompton Road - window in Cottage Place elevation [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location B: East Putney - subway to platform 1 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location C: Piccadilly Circus - ticket hall [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location D: Mile End - westbound Central Line [Chris M] (click for a larger version)
