I think it's Angel, and if I'm right then there's a bit of telephoto lens going on as that building with the dome is really a bit further away than it looks in the picture.

It is the entrance to Angel sation and there is foreshortening. I took this photo on 19 April 2008 so I don't remember the details, but the exif tells me that the focal length (in 35mm equivalent terms) is 228mm.
