Plenty still to work at with this one: Location A: no guesses perhaps this version will help: (click for a larger version) Location B: melikepie correctly identified this as Island Gardens - exit portal of northbound tunnel from Cutty Sark [Chris M] (click for a larger version Location C: @juliang takes the points for this one: Silvertown and London City Airport - view from footrbridge in March 2011 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location D: no guesses try this for size: (click for a larger version) Location E: points to l1group: Elephant and Castle - Bakerloo building [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location F: This isn't London Road Depot, the version below may help. (click for a larger version) No attempts either at the link or why the link was chosen for 5 December

Location A Denmark Hill Location F York Road/Way Both correct. The versions above of a canopy pillar at Denmark Hill and the south side of York Road are unmodified.

That's why the link was chosen for the 5th (Inspired by Colin D's guess for the 4th July quiz), but not what links these stations.

I was going to say that they all have disused sections (so guessing D is Highgate) but that doesn't apply to Elephant

Indeed, it isn't about disused sections and D isn't Highgate.

For those trying to find the link, try writing down what you know so far.

Aha! The link is that the first letters of each answer spell out the word 'DISNEY', but I'm still none the wiser about the missing locations (1=D and 4=N).

Aha! The link is that the first letters of each answer spell out the word 'DISNEY', but I'm still none the wiser about the missing locations (1=D and 4=N). Link: These stations initial letters spell out "Disney" [Inspired by Colin D's guess at www.districtdavesforum.co.uk/thread/22291/july-quiz-day-fourth]Location D: Newbury Park - hut adjacent to Hainault-bound platform [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Slugabed has already identified the D location as Denmark Hill (see page 1 of this thread) so that concludes this question
