With much of yesterday still to get, I present a single part question today: (click for a larger version) I will be impressed if anyone identifies the background without any clues, but I wont be giving any of them until at least one person has attempted it without.

It could be any old field, but it has (an unlikely?) look of the King George V playing fields south west of West Ruislip?
Yours, in very unlikely mode,

Might the field be Roxbourne Park, near to Eastcote and Rayners Lane (neither of which stations are pictured)?

Background is not a park. I will guess the A406. And Theydon Bois?

Is the background the London bound slip road onto the Target roundabout at Northolt from the A40? Not sure where the station is.

Progressingicely said: Background looks like the slip road off the A40 westbound approaching Hangar Lane gyratory. Between Park Royal and Hangar lane Stations. The answer sheet says: Trees on south side of Western Avenue between Park Royal and Hanger Lane stations [Chris M] I didn't think anyone would get that, well done.
