A - insets are Heathrow Terminal 5 Bus Station (+1), EOR (North Weald Stn). Main is Oakwood (+1) B - Turnpike Lane C - Arnos Grove +1 D - Sudbury Town +1
I see a Piccadilly line theme.... Possibly all the stations are listed station buildings designed by Charles Holden, thus the fifth Acton Town (or listed stations in Picc line extensions, Bounds Green?)?

Location B = Boston Manor. The fifth in the set is Southgate due to II*

Location B isn't Boston Manor, but the link is Grade II* listed stations. Checking Wikipedia now though it seems that whichever source I originally used (I can't remember, I wrote the question a couple of years ago) was wrong and there are more than 5 grade II* listed tube stations, sorry.

Location B is not Bethnal Green, sorry. Its all Elementary, my dear Thryduulf Baker Street is the fifth in the set.
