I know what they all have in common - they're composites of mirror images!
The right-hand inset in B is Ropley, on the Mid-Hants Railway.

You can do better than that! yerkes does get the points for inset B2: Mid Hants Railway (Watercress Line) - Watering point at Ropley [Caravelle] (click for a larger version) I'll not post the clue/unmodified versions until there have been a couple more attempts though.

B is Dagenham East, specifically the top of the stairs to the westbound platform photographed by me.
D is not Whitechapel or any other station served by London Overground
