1) Why are the floors of the trains so dirty?
2) Has anyone noticed recently that when travelling northbound, the "The next station is Pimlico" announcement is announced quite late when entering Pimlico?
3) I think on Tuesday afternoon, something happened at King's Cross. When I got on the Northern line at Tooting Broadway, a service disruption message was being announced saying that the Victoria line was suspended between Warren Street and Highbury because of a person under a train at King's Cross. When arriving into Stockwell, the driver of the Northern line train I was on told us that there were severe delays on the Victoria line due to a passenger being taken ill on a train at King's Cross. When I got off at Victoria, an announcement said that there were severe delays due to a defective train at King's Cross.
What was the actual reason. I'm curious to know why three different things were said for the severe delays?

1) Why are the floors of the trains so dirty? Maybe the streets and subsequently people's shoes and boots are grubbier this time of year and the train hasn't been back to the depot for a while?

It's been a very wet winter and whenever the pavements are wet more dirt gets trodden into the stations and subsequently onto the trains.

The pub I go to in Brigg is a bit like your trains Uzair. The pub cleaner drinks there and all day she's forever wandering about with the mop, but it's like painting the Forth Bridge this time of year. As soon as she's stopped the floor's covered in **** again! As long as you don't put your hands in your mouth after you've touched the floor of a 09TS you'll be OK, trust me! EDIT: I was thinking about your point 3 as well. All the drivers really had to say in the circumstances was "There's a severe delay at King's Cross due to an incident."

Point 3) was due to a passenger illness.
