That tile could be at more than one location. LUL had a batch made in onyx green (top left) about 25/30 years ago when they were installing the UTS ticket machines and equipment into ticket halls & booking offices.
Several ticket halls with historically important features were carefully modernised using these or simular reproduction tiles. The idea being to blend the new with the old. Hampstead received tiles very similar, as did Aldwych.
After the contractors had finished at Hampstead, they gave me a box of spares (which were destined for the skip), which I gratefully received!
I will plump for Hampstead.
