I can't help but feel that this is going to be a hard one to narrow down, I will take an educated guess at London City Airport though being one of the few station lifts that I've actually used.
As I typed that I remembered that it opened on 2nd December 2005 which could be the reason it was chosen, if it's not then that is a huge coincidence ;D.

This was the photograph I referred to a couple of months back when I said I'd taken one that I thought would get you! I did get you with Greenwich back in September though.
Related to this image though, is there anywhere else where street level is labelled as "-1"?

It should have got me! I still don't know how I got that one, I just looked at the photo and the first thing that came to mind was London City Airport, I haven't even used many station lifts, that's perhaps one of ten London Station lifts that I have used.
-1 isn't technically street level, it's the drew road entrance. 0 is the main entrance at street level with Hartmann Road but Drew Road is slightly lower than Hartmann Road. Hartmann Road is the road where the airport, car park and main station entrance is so that would be considered Street Level.

I'd describe both as street level, having used the Hartmann Road entrance quite a few times (to walk to the storage place next to the travelodge when Pontoon Dock was exit only during the 'lympics). In a department store I'm sure they'd be "Ground" and "Lower ground", but this lift is labeled as "Platform" (1), "Concourse" (0) and "Street" (-1).

Oh I agree with 'Ground' and 'Lower Ground' but I'm sure there's a reason they had to or needed to use numbers in which case what better numbers could they have chosen? The main entrance with the ticket hall is on 0 to stop confusion . I was unaware that Pontoon Dock was exit only at times during the Olympics, I'm quite annoyed that I never got the chance to use the temporary access from Pontoon Dock to Excel! .

Sorry, Pontoon Dock was entry only. West Silvertown was exit only. I did the Excel to Pontoon Dock pontoon once during the Paralympics, it was built for a vastly larger throughput than was using it the evening I did, so it was wide and stable. I didn't feel like a pontoon at all, more like just a normal path. If I hadn't got tickets for ExCeL I was debating asking whether I could walk through from Prince Regent to Pontoon Dock one time when there was no sessions on.
As for LCY, I don't disagree that 1, 0 and -1 are sensible, just that I think both 0 and -1 are "street level". My main point though was that I don't know anywhere else where an exit from the station is labelled as -1. At Canning Town I think the levels are C (concourse), J (Jubilee) and D (DLR). At Pontoon Dock they are S (street), C (concourse) and P (platform).

I haven't even used many station lifts, that's perhaps one of ten London Station lifts that I have used. Note to self: When taking photos for quiz on the DLR, take lots of pictures of the insides of lifts.... ;D

Hold your nose when using the lift at Gallions Reach westbound - it's cramped, takes ages and stinks!

Don't make me use station lifts from now on! . I got some photos of that Pontoon, looks like it was just sunken shipping crates. Also that bridge over from Pontoon Dock Station looked scarily unstable.

The bridge was actually much sturdier than it looked. The problem was that it wasn't built for the level of usage it got when the Pleasure Gardens opened - it was apparently dangerously overcrowded. Obviously it was fine when I crossed it - people using the route were outnumbered by security guards/volunteers as almost everyone was being directed towards Prince Regent.
