Well, it looks like an island platform, but I'm stumped beyond that!

Well, I guess dave72 is close with "Richmond Platform 7" so gains a demi-point, but a semi point really need to go to astock5000 with "Richmond +1" as it is actually: Richmond - platform 1 OPO monitors [Chris M]

I believe that it IS platform 7 (from memory platform 1 is down mainline).

Platforms 3 to 7 can be used by LO trains, District trains can only use 4 to 7.

LO trains could use plat: 1&2 if they were on a special working! It would take a lot of shunting to do that! From Kew, into pfm3 at RMD, shunt to UP main-line, shunt to DOWN pfm1.
