I'm heading for The City in ten hours, not sure of the WiFi quality where I'm staying so apologies for any quiz erraticity until I'm home on Thursday; my fellow Quizministrators should be on hand though too. To keep you entertained a four-part question with insets and a link; gosh, spoilt for choice today! Question: Identify these stations and the link between the four main ones. Station A: (click for a larger version) Station B: (click for a larger version) Station C: (click for a larger version) Station D: (click for a larger version) The insets in image D are numbered from left to right.

To clarify, the note regarding inset B2 relates to a previous question (I forgot to remove it from the answer file when modifying it for today). Sorry for any confusion.

A looks like Borough station on the Northern line Station A: Borough - entrance canopy [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Inset on A is Ely Cathederal? Inset A: The Octogon, Ely Cathedral [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Station B has no correct guesses, so have a clue: (click for a larger version) Station C similarly has no correct guesses, so a further clue: (click for a larger version) Inset in C looks like Barbican Inset C: Barbican Estate [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Finally image D has no correct guesses, so further clues: (click for a larger version) With the insets being: Inset D1: (click for a larger version) Inset D2: (click for a larger version) Inset D3 (click for a larger version) And finally: I hope I'm not cheating having two guesses in one answer C2=Clapham Common or Green Park? Cheating it may be, but neither are correct so it doesn't really matter!

Station C similarly has no correct guesses, so a further clue: (click for a larger version) You've just shown the Barbican Estate, twice so unless it is Barbican station, are you sure that's the correct image and not the inset?

The full version of the inset was posted in my initial bulk answer. The clue provided is a clue for the main location, however as its a clue not an answer some parts are obscured. The image of Barbican was used again to obscure part of the clue. Compare the original questio and the clue and the have something close to the answer picture.

Guys, please can you make sure you label your guess with which station you're guessing as I think this might be causing a little bit of confusion.
Assuming Embankment and Westminster are guess at B, then they're further away than the guesses of Tooting Bec or Stockwell. Tooting Bec, Stockwell and Embankment are on the correct Line, for B; Westminster is not.
Everyone on this page is miles off for C, though it is on the same line as Ruislip Gardens.
