I've had a quick look at the NRE site for service patterns on the ELL during the Games.
The ELL will run to a daytime service with 15 min frequencies on the branches until around 0230 (12tph on the core). The final service south of NXG is at 0248 from Canada Water.

The ELL does not get such significant changes as the NLL. LOROL did its live practice for the Olympic TT over last weekend, 23-24 June. This very conveniently coincided with the BBC free concert at Victoria Park, which apparently attracted a crowd of 50000. The significant changes were that services started earlier and finished later, but most importantly the daytime frequencies were increased to every 7-8 minutes, Stratford - Willesden, 15 minutes on the Richmond and Clapham branches. Also during the classic morning and evening peak period an additional half hourly train ran from Camden Road to Stratford. The most interesting observation however was the volume of passengers using this one-off service in the two and a half hour period before the usual Sunday services start, normally just after 09.00 hrs. These were not Radio 1 / 2 music punters, but ordinary passengers heading from Highbury or Camden Road eastbound into Hackney. It seems TfL have not yet specified the service for Sunday mornings that the passengers really would use. While an Olympic frequency may not be justified on a normal Sunday, 15 / 30 minute intervals could be viable. Food for thought, as the steady pressure for improved evening services is slowly bearing fruit. But very slowly!
