With apologies for the very late start, here is today's question. Your task is to find the link between these stations and identify which is the odd one out: Station A: (click for a larger version) Station B: (click for a larger version) Station C: (click for a larger version) Station D: (click for a larger version)

C looks like Finchley Central - lift to the Southbound platform, although I believe the seats have been removed since this photo (and if they haven't, I will hang my head in shame). ;D

Station A Greenford Tunnel to old W R platforms?? Off-topic, but do you remember the old WR platforms? Do you know if that tunnel is still in-situ, and/or if the platforms are still accessible from the station?

Yes, Fahad
I remember them well. But l moved away very many years ago. I have SO many memories of the Greenford loop in steam days, l could fill a book with it, but unfortunately l have no photos. I have not been there for many years either but l remember access to the original WR platforms being blocked off as per this photo, so l have had this pop at answering the question.

Sorry, but Station A is not Greenford. Station B is correct, so slugabed gets a point. Station B: Hackney Central - ticket office and bridge from car park [Chris M] (click for a larger version)

I think the Greenford loop may actually be electrified in the not-too-distant future, seeing as it will be connecting HS2 and Crossrail

Is the link between them that they all have 'Central' in the name?
And on that basis I'm going to give A a guess at Wembley Central?

I shall guess Finchley Central as the odd one out because it isn't an overground station, although its never that easy

And does the link have anything to do with being step free, the street to platform white label?

You've got the odd one out... so by my definition I'd also suggest you had the link.
Link: These are all London Overground stations named "Central" except Finchley Central which is LU only
