If this were to happen in London, the station would probably be closed until the car was removed. What reason would TfL give though - it's not the actions of a passenger or other customer...

When a train strikes something in the tunnel (this morning) it is called a "Fire Alert". So they would probably call this a "bird strike" (especially if a woman driver)

What reason would TfL give though - it's not the actions of a passenger or other customer... depends on entrances - if station has multiple entrance - one can shut till car removed - the station will remain open unless car has gotten inside the any part of station which will result closure of station
