Got to escort someone there to change her bank details. She doesn't remember her reference number as she apparently gets her pension by direct transfer, and her statement offers no clue as to the pension reference number. Would an outsider be permitted to escort her to the actual office as she would easily get totally lost in a large building?

If she is "visually impaired", she will need a guide, Disability Discrimination Act allows guide dogs in restaurants etc. She is visually impaired isn't she?? Are you her guide??

Charley, the pension office is still at 55 Broadway. If you give them a ring on one of the following numbers
Surnames A to G 020 7918 3322 H to O 020 7918 4720 P to Z 020 7918 3648
TFL Pension Fumd 4th Floor Wing Over Station 55 Broadway London SW1 H 0BD
Hope this helps

Not visually impaired - just elderly and appreciating an escort whether to the local hospital and in this case, a large busy building she hasn't entered for around 20 years. Thanks for the advice. I just wanted to make sure it was still at what I regard as LUL HQ
