A retired London Transport employee wishes to apply for a pass for her partner - opposite gender but not married. What is the correct name for the pass and should the retired person apply to the Pensions department at Broadway or some other department?

From reading through the link kindly provided by railtechnician, its possible they might be able to claim a nominee pass - but it's not stated clearly in black & white.

I am a TfL pensioner. I have a retired person's PTAC. I also applied for a PTAC for my partner which she has. We are not married.
