Catching a Class 378 at Kenton today 378215, but did not leave on time... the driver spend some time talking to the signal man, then a long phone call, and back to the signal.
Could not hear what the fault was but after a about 10-15 min talking on the phone the driver said he continue even thou there was a fault.
What could be wrong.....
video of it arriving and
departing ( decided not to risk it and got a later service)
Anyone know what could have been wrong?

Could have been a number of different things. If it left in service then it was a minor fault and not something to worry about. Non issue really.

Call LOROL and ask them..... They may just do a personalised download of the TDR... Just for you

Train Data Recorder. Same as ATESS. Different companies manufacturer it under different names. But of course, you knew that
