However another look at the stations involved might throw something up (?)
A = Moor Park (Stairs to Sandy Lodge entrance) B = Hammersmith H&C - Hammersmith Broadway exit C = Chigwell D = Dagenham East

Or perhaps none of them have step free access into the train..
Maybe it's that they are all less-served stations.
