The Main looks a bit like Hackney Central (former station building) though not sure, but in the absence of any other idea i will go for that location.

It's a TfL station but not any part of the Kings Cross St Pancras complex

You rather narrowed it down a great deal with the direct train from Farringdon clue, left with a few District stations and it is Plaistow (I hope).
