Looks like Ealing Common depot, as seen from Acton Town. There appears to be a D stock unit there, but it's been through the mincer!

Acton Town WB Picc (Fast) platform west end looking at Ealing Common Depot ramp and EB line from Common. With a D Stock on the depot access ramp. As has just been said! Services on the Metropolitan & District Railway's Hounslow [Town] branch were electrified on 13th June 1905: Wikipaedia.
