A - Turnpike Lane C - Manor House
Im sure A is a northern most part of Piccadilly Line, so could be one of the others...

B is not Bow Road, and the name is not the link here. This is a history question.

Station B is Balham, photographed by B. (click for a larger version) That the four locations begin with B is coincidental. You're close enough with the link: There were significant casualties at all these stations while they were being used as air raid shelters Bounds Green - 13 October 1940 - 19 killed (16 Belgian refugees, 3 British citizens) Balham - 14 October 1940 - 67 killed (64 civilians, 3 London Transport employees)* Bank - 11 January 1941 - 111 killed Bethnall Green - 3 March 1943 - 143 killed Just the reason why the link was chosen for the 10th to find now. *Several figures seem to be quoted for this incident, 67 with the breakdown shown is the figure stated by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.

inspectorsands gets the points - 10th May 2011 is the 70th anniversary of last blitz raid. While there were further air raids they were not seemingly regarded as part of the blitz.
